Hi all, I just wanted to convey my sincere appreciation for the quick and friendly service I received today when I called to enquire about getting my dishwasher and oven repaired. I was lucky enough to have Andrew fit me in and even luckier to have both appliances fixed for a very fair price. I shouldn't be so happy about working appliances, but I am! Much appreciated.

Highly highly recommend the services of this company! I had both my gas oven and ducted system fixed at the most reasonable price in such a timely manner and with friendly service. Definitely value for money and only what needed fixing was fixed. Great job guys!

I have not been big on writing reviews in general. But on this occasion I feel strongly about giving credit where its due and hoping it will encourage other customers to use this great company with service nothing short of exceptional!. We recently had a problem with our fridge not being cold enough and leading into a hot spell felt we needed to get it looked at urgently. I did some research and found that the main two companies in our immediate area had some bad reviews. So I decided to call the The Appliance Specialist at Glenelg after reading a positive review in True Local. From the first point of contact I felt that my call was important and Iwas dealing with friendly and helpful staff. I made a booking for the following day and was informed that I would receive a call from one of the technicians that afternoon to confirm a booking time with me. I received a call from Andrewthat afternoon and after checking my availability we agreed on a time of 9am the following morning. Just prior to 9am the next day I received another call from Andrew to advise he was on his way. On arrival at my home Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the reasons why he had come to that conclusion. There was an option to replace two parts but he explained that the thermostat was the most likely cause. He then provided an estimate and said he would confirm the exact cost that afternoon once he had followed up with the supplier. I queried if there was a cost involved for him to get the part (as I have heard in reviews for other repairers) he said no its just the cost todiagnose and replace part on the same job. I received a call that afternoon from Andrew as promised confirming the cost as estimated and explaining that it would take two days for part to arrive and he would call me once it was in. Two days later I received a call from Andrew advising the part had arrived and he checked if it was convenient to call around to fit. The part was fitted that day and the fridge was operating perfectly. The cost was very very reasonable and the service was amazing. Too often these days we accept sub standard service which sadly has become the norm. These guys have established a benchmark that others should strive to reach. This is one very happy customer and this business deserves to attract many more satisfied customers. Thank You
